[00:00:20] When you allow your face to just relax, your eyes to gently close, you can feel your shoulders relax also, and your whole body come into a place of rest and quiet. [00:00:42] This is your time for quiet prayer, where you say nothing to God, you simply stay quiet. [00:00:57] You ask for nothing, you simply stay quiet. [00:01:04] Just being in his presence. [00:01:09] So we call for the presence of God right now, wherever you are, right now, that his sweetness and the essence of his being, his kindness, his goodness, his peace, covers you like a cozy blanket. [00:01:37] As you let go of your will for His. [00:01:46] Your will is a strong one, but his is stronger and far more beautiful. [00:02:00] Take a nice deep breath. [00:02:04] Oh, and breathe out. [00:02:07] Just let it all out. [00:02:11] All of the world's cares, just let them breathe out of you. [00:02:19] You've been carrying a lot of weight psychologically and emotionally and physically. [00:02:34] But spiritually, the Lord Jesus is raising his arms out to you and saying, come, come sit with me. [00:02:46] I love you. [00:02:50] And you know, in the presence of love there is such peace. [00:03:00] There's a divine sense of contentedness that the Lord wants you to know and embrace, Letting your thoughts and demands and expectations and fears and worries and anxieties, etc. [00:03:29] Go. [00:03:32] Letting them go as you merge yourself, your will, your desires, your mind, your body into his divine will, which is always good, always beautiful, always beyond anything you or I could even imagine. [00:04:05] Even in our happiest as right now you can be, right now there's still more. [00:04:17] Let yourself just bathe in the stillness now, in the quiet, in the goodness of God. [00:04:29] For the Lord is good and his mercy endures forever. [00:04:37] You're wrapped up in mercy. In fact, mercy and goodness follow you all the days and nights and moments and hours of your life. [00:05:04] You are his most wonderful creature, formed in such love, held in such love, your past, present and future all wrapped up in God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. [00:05:42] Don't miss out now. [00:05:45] Allow yourself to sink into this love right now. [00:05:50] Right now. [00:05:53] That's right. [00:05:55] Breathing gently. [00:06:17] There is a goodness now over you, hovering over you. And now it descends upon you. [00:06:27] That goodness falls in sweetness upon you on your face and on your chest and on your arms and your hands, those hands, those creative hands. [00:06:46] Goodness now embraces the goodness of God himself. [00:06:51] God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. [00:07:03] Breathe in that goodness now. [00:07:07] Nice big breath in, Breathing out every interference as you simply rest in him with your eyes gently closed, Breathing gently, so still and so beautiful. [00:07:59] He will continue to embrace and gently speak to you into your innermost being, where he lives, as you remain quiet in his presence. [00:08:17] And I will see you next time.
